Surprise

Madilynn and Rue walking around in the Team Rocket base... surprise! I've had this half-colored and lying around for a while and I finally managed to finish it. I tried something new with this, as I always seem to do, and shaded without highlights on this one. I think it turned out neat and a good effect for the inside of the base.
