PMMTP - The Zen One

Here is the first of my second batch of the Pokemorph MUSH totem pole! This is Tatikyas (I dunno how to pronounce it, either!), who's our white, tailless Raichu MUSH coder. He's the head of Team Hydra, the anti-Rocket group, but manages to lead it without hate, which is neat. Go, Tati, go!
